Terms of Service

1. Scope and Governing Law

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Team Tool provided by Fireside Foxes Esport ("we", "us", "our"). These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of laws provisions. The place of jurisdiction is Germany.

2. Access and Registration

This platform is invite-only. Access is granted exclusively through invitation by a team member or administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Discord Integration

We offer optional sign-in and account linking via Discord. When linking your Discord account, we store your Discord User ID to enable cross-platform features such as polls. Use of the Discord integration is additionally subject to the Discord Terms of Service. We do not access your Discord messages, friend lists, or server memberships.

4. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from:

• Using the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Circumventing or manipulating security mechanisms
• Collecting or distributing other users' data without their consent
• Using malware or automated scripts
• Compromising server stability through excessive requests

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, completeness, or accuracy of the content provided. Use of the service is at your own risk. Our liability is limited as permitted under German law (§§ 521–536 BGB), except in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or breach of essential contractual obligations.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via the platform or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
